Power on Numa X Piano and connect it to the computer via USB.
Download and install Numa Manager.
Wait until the application recognize Numa X Piano and the USB connection will be established.
Click on Production button ****and then READ MACHINE DATA. The screen will show the unit production information under PRODUCT TYPE box.
<aside> <img src="/icons/info-alternate_gray.svg" alt="/icons/info-alternate_gray.svg" width="40px" /> After clicking READ MACHINE DATA you could receive an error message. Ignore it, it's normal.

The screen should look like this.

In the box under PRODUCT TYPE, find the row that starts with 26032240...
, 26032310...
or 26032311...
and replace it as follow:
26032310...
→ 26032240...
26032311...
→ 26032240...
26032240...
→ 26032311...
Click WRITE MACHINE DATA and power off the instrument.
Install the latest firmware by following the standard procedure.
